Twitter Influencer Denies Lady’s Claims, Shares His Own Story
A popular Twitter influencer has responded to allegations made against him by a lady on social media, denying her claims and sharing his side of the story.
The drama started when the lady posted on X (formerly Twitter), saying the influencer bought her food, then pressured her to follow him to his hotel room.
She claimed that when she refused, he got angry and asked her to pay back the money he spent on her meal. She also accused him of falsely calling her a thief and detaining her at the hotel for hours.
Her post quickly went viral, sparking reactions online. But in a surprising twist, the influencer has now spoken up, saying her story is not true.
According to him, she was actually the one who first asked him for ₦500,000 in exchange for intimacy, which he refused.
He also revealed that he had already sent her ₦100,000 for transportation. But after turning down her ₦500,000 demand, he only asked her to refund the ₦100,000 he had sent earlier.
Speaking out on Twitter, he wrote:
“A girl came to X years back claiming KENE locked her up over ₦100k, and everyone ran with it 😂. ₦100k? Madam actually demanded ₦500k to sleep with me. I declined and simply asked her to refund the ₦100k I had sent her. What exactly did I do wrong? I sent ₦100k for ‘Uber,’ but I was still the one who picked her up.”
He added that he kept quiet at first because he was in a relationship at the time and didn’t want unnecessary drama. But now, he wants to clear his name.
“At the time, I was in a relationship and didn’t want any drama, which is why I didn’t respond. But I won’t let a lie persist, especially when it comes to my brand lol.”
The influencer also accused the lady of taking advantage of his kindness. He claimed that when she arrived, she was extremely hungry and ate food worth over ₦50,000.
While he didn’t mind feeding her, he wasn’t comfortable letting her leave with his ₦100,000 without a valid reason.
“Mind you, that clown came to the lodge starving, eating everything within her reach, she literally consumed over ₦50k worth of food because she was hungry. I honestly didn’t mind.
However, I wasn’t going to let her walk away with my ₦100k, especially since I was the one who picked her up myself.”
