2Baba’s New Love: Too Soon or Just Right?
Love is never simple, especially when it’s in the public eye but this is not applicable to Nigerian music legend, 2Baba who recently made headlines again not for his music, but for confirming his romance with Edo lawmaker, Natasha Osawaru.
This comes just after his breakup with Annie Macauley, and many are wondering if it’s too soon.
The rumors started when 2Baba appeared at the Edo State House of Assembly, raising eyebrows. Then, on social media, he made it clear:
“Yes, I love her. I want to marry her.” And just like that, the internet went wild. A proposal video even surfaced, adding more fuel to the fire.
Now, here’s the big question people are wondering, should 2Baba have waited? Gimba Kakanda, a presidential aide, thinks so.
He worries that Natasha might face online bullying because people are still emotional about his past relationship and he might be right social media never forgets.
But then again, does love wait? Sometimes, when you find the right person, you just know. Maybe 2Baba and Natasha are just following their hearts, no matter what people say.
